I have been given the opportunity to be the
coordinator of the LINK CREW program on my school
site campus. As a leadership teacher, it has been
essential that I maintain the highest standards of
personal integrity and ethics as an example for the
students which I seek to provide the same leadership
characteristics as I maintain. This has created a large
contingency of school culture among my student
group that has gained traction throughout the campus
with a specific identity and expectation for those who
are classified as Link Leaders on campus.
I continue to be involved with student leadership
programs at my school site. I have been incorporated
into the WEB program which is analogous to the Link
Crew program explained above. Student mentorship
