Guidelines for use:

[spoiler] When started without parameters, the program will show a file open
dialog, if the selected file is an archive that is supported, then its contents
will be unpacked into a rar archive without compression. Graphic (and some other)
files found in the archive will be converted to a more convenient format for
viewing (tga).
In the process of unpacking the archive, a window is displayed in which the current
progress is visible, the unpacking can be stopped by pressing Ctrl-C or Alt-F4 when
the window is in focus.
To open some archives, you must specify the type of archive and / or other options
on the command line.
Basic options:
All options have one parameter; if it contains a space character, it must be
enclosed in double quotes.
(--out, -o) set output format: dir - unpack files into a directory (by default,
release c 46), rar - rar uncompressed, tar and utar - tar container in shift-jis or
utf-8 encoding for file names .
(--fmt, -f) specify the type of archive or the module name.
(--conv, -c) file conversion control: 0 - disabled; 1 - enabled (by default); 2, 3
- conversion of files in the specified folder, the --fmt option must be specified
(2 - without subfolders).
(--dest) override file or output folder, by default, the source file name plus "~"
is used for folders, an extension is added for archives.

Packing: arc_conv.exe --pack <format> <in folder> <out archive> [format specific
options]

(The password for extracting executable files from the archive is specified in
license.txt, it is in the archive and is not password-protected.)
(You can find the password for the archived in "license.txt", it can be archived
and not passworded.)
