ToR

 Staff ( on outsource basis) shall be engaged on a contract for a period of four years extendable
by one year subject to the annual renewal based on satisfactory performance. They shall
submit their Annual Appraisal Report (AAR).
 An appointee is transferable areas the Thematic areas and geographical areas of the State of
H.P. during the Tenure.
 An appointee can also be terminated form service if it is found –than she/he has furnished
wrong information during the selection and appointment time on subsequently.
 An the new staff shall be on probation for initial 6 months. During the probation period ,
services may be terminated with no notice.

 Travel shall be undertaken only when approved by the competent authority. The SMMs,
DMMs, YPs shall take the approval to travel within the state or outside the State from the
CEO. While the cluster staff, thematic experts and other support staff shall take approval from
Additional CEO. The CEO/ Additional CEO/ Deputy CEO shall take approval from the Secretary
RD . The staff shall use taxi to travel within the state for travelling to locations which are not
collected through Volvo/ Deluxe Buses, and will be admissible only for the part of the ravel.
Prior shall be taken to hire a taxi. In exceptional cases travel for official purposes using own
vehicle is permissible and reimbursement would be on per K.M. basis as per state norms .
 Staff shall be provided travel advance (50% of the estimated amount).
 All advances taken for travel any event have to be adjustment probably. If outstanding
advance is not settled within two months from the date of event for which the advance was
given, deduction will automatically be made from salary/ reimbursement.
 Director RD can allow high class of accommodation/ mode of journey to any staff/ consultant
/recourse person if he/she is satisfied than the situation so warrants for those who
otherwise , do not quarterly for the same.

Rs.600 P.M. 450 P.M. Rs. 300 P.M.
 Shall be admissible to the CEO, if he/she holds independent charge of the HPSRLM.
