KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into by and between:

NENITA ERANA, married, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Butuan

City, hereinafter referred to as the “VENDOR”;
-and-
The CITY OF BUTUAN, a local government unit duly organized and
existing by virtue of Republic Act No. 523, as amended, with principal address at
City Hall, Doongan, Butuan City, Philippines, represented herein by its City
Mayor, Engr. RONNIE VICENTE C. LAGNADA of legal age, married, Filipino
and a resident of Butuan City, Philippines, per authority granted under SP
Resolution ___________, now and hereinafter called the “VENDEE”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute owner of a Two-Storey building

located Barangay Lapu-Lapu, Butuan City covered and declared for tax purposes
under Tax Declaration No. 08-02-0005-00303 and other improvements existing therein,
which is more specifically described as follows:

 WHEREAS, the said building is affected by the road construction project in
Barangay Lapu-Lapu, Butuan City which was appraised by the City Appraisal
Committee at One Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Eight
Pesos (P122,658.00) and approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod through a
Resolution No. 647-2012.
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is willing to sell to the VENDEE the said
building and the VENDEE is willing to buy.
For and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT (P122,658.00) PESOS, Fifty Percent
(50%) of which, or P61,329.00, is to be paid upon the execution and delivery of this
deed, and the remaining Fifty Percent (50%), or P61,329.00, is to be paid upon
delivery of new titles in the name of the City of Butuan.
NOW THEREFORE, the VENDOR hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY all their rights, interest and ownership over the said building unto the
said VENDEE.

Pesos (P122,658.00) and approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod through a
Resolution No. 647-2012.
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is willing to sell to the VENDEE the said
building and the VENDEE is willing to buy.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT
PESOS (P122,658.00), Philippine currency, in hand paid by the VENDEE in full
satisfaction of the price of the above-described Two-Storey Building, the
VENDOR hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY all their rights, interest
and ownership over the said building unto the said VENDEE.
