Before order (if price of Equipment/Machine is > 100,000€ or if demanded explicitly):

With the submission of your BID, BASF expects an additional quotation for all in-house ma
exclusively (by you) sold spare and wear parts (hereinafter referred to as Capital Spares).
prices shall be valid for a duration of 10 Years (either as fixed price or with a proposed esc
clauses). BASF expects that for this Quoation at least the columns C, J and L-Q of this BA
have to be filled.

The filled template needs to be submitted together with the technical quotation of the tende
as an Excel-sheet.

We expressively point out that the content of the spare parts list are considered in our TCO
Consideration which impacts the award decision. Non-delivery of the information will lead t
in the evaluation of the quotation.
