Brief discussion

The name of our business plan is “khidmat e khalq” and the purpose of khidmat e khalq is not
for profit but our goal is to reduce hunger in our country by request, collecting, growing and
packaging food for distribution through our agencies that serve our targeted population. Our
services is food boxes, emergency food box, and creating opportunities for self sufficient
activity. Kidmat e khalq will receive support from government, charitable organization. Our
focus is help approximately 30% of residence because in Pakistan around 50 to 55% people are
not able to fulfill their basic needs. Our population is low income people, poor people, who
need emergency food on table. Our manly focus is to serve the children. Khidmat e khalq open
a warehouse to facilitate the poor people. We estimate that no of people who needy are
increased over these years and number of new families face unemployment then no of people
want help and helping hand is play an important role for these families and we must try to
respond as much as we can to fulfill that families food need. “Our manly focus to improve the
ability of that families to take care of their children’s and achieve goal of self sufficient” because
the hunger problem has no of health issues.

Our mission is to reduce hunger the country by collecting, growing, soliciting, and packaging
food distribution through a agency program and also we provide the opportunities for self
sufficient. “Our services include food box programs, emergency shelters, congregate
meal sites, residential treatment services, and children's programs”

Khidmmat e khalq is the food providing corporation will serve in Pakistan. The main
objective of Khidmmat e khalq is recognize and utilize the resources for food to reduce
the hunger of our country that people are needy and low income individuals.

Services

Approximately 30% of Pakistan residence are needy and they need help. Low income
people, needy, children’s, and who need emergency food on their table will be helped
by our programs. Nearly half of that person who are one working parson in their family,
we serve children’s, senior citizen of our country, women’s as well. We operate deferent
warehouses in the country and nonprofit agencies to collect food and distribute in
targeted population. The majority food boxes distribution in the foam of distribution.
Each food box contain 2 to 3 day supply food with high quality and remaining providing
on daily basis like treatment facilities, dinner programs, youth center, child center,
fosters homes and more.

Market Analysis Summary the population base in our country is 202,282,502 approximately
60% to 70% countries population characterized as low income. This shows that 150,000
residence that need for help. We break our population in 3 groups and that is senior citizen,
children’s, individuals, women’s. children represent 40% of residence that needs help form
Khidmmat e khalq and senior citizen of the country is 20% and 55% of women who need help.
We want that reduce the hunger and help them all.

we focus on this program.

we create the effective way to distribute our food through our working agency and social
services to serve on time to our targeted population. We are introduce the 30 programs that
are serve children’s, senior citizen, woman, adults, on time. Then we hire a parson who work
these agency and look after that 30 programs are going well or not. The ratio of children’s is
high than other that why our mainly focus is on children and other too.

Khidmmat e khalq targeted children’s from birth to 16 and their families because this
group is in growing age and the need more help of Khidmmat e khalq The impact of hunger
problem is more dangerous for children’s specially initially 5 to 10 years because it’s the
growing age and most issues occur in that age through this program we save 50% of children
and serves them.

Our mainly focus to create an affective network for collection with local grower, retailer, and
processor and another goal is to establish the opportunities for youth for self sufficient. We will
also start a fundraising campaign with area retail markets, “banks and credit unions in order to
raise an additional 100,000” we will advertise our services to the targeted population to serve
our population on daily basis.

participating stores give us information about how that stores help to the needy people “Program

We establish a immediately start fund raising campaign that will focus to collect donation and reduce
hunger by using local bank, charitable organization, credit union. We want to start are program in
November or December. With the help of local bank retailer stores and people who want to donate
money can contact the local bank.
