The  prescribed  application‐form  alongwith  a  copy  of  qualifications  may  be  obtained  from  the 
Assistant  Registrar  (Establishment)  on  cash  payment  of  Rs. 500/‐  (Rs.  125/‐  for  SC&  BC 
candidates of Haryana State only) or by post by sending a demand draft of  Rs. 550/‐ (Rs. 175/‐ 
for SC & BC candidates of Haryana State only) in favour of Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar, payable at 
Hisar. Request for application‐forms through registered post will be entertained upto 22.11.2010 
only. 
 
The prescribed application form alongwith a copy of qualifications for the above posts can also 
be downloaded from the University website for which the candidates are required to remit the 
cost  of  application  form  as  stated  above  for  each  case.  The  candidates  are  required  to  attach 
attested copies of certificates (Matric onwards) with their application form. The application form 
alongwith  OMR  form  duly  filled  in  should  reach the office of  Assistant  Registrar (Estt.),  Guru  
Jambheshwar  University  of  Science  and  Technology,  Hisar‐125  001  latest  by  30.11.2010. 
Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date for any reasons including postal 
delay will not be entertained. The candidates must be eligible on the last date for submission of 
application form. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or it 
may not fill any of the posts advertised without assigning any reason. Those in service should 
send their application through proper channel.  
 
Age  :  18  to  50 years (Relaxable for the post  of  Controller  of Examinations)  for  all  above  posts. 
The  University  may  short  list  the  candidates  based  on  certain  criteria  if  the  number  of 
applications  happens  to  be  large  for  any  category.  Reservation  of  posts  will  be  for  Haryana 
Residents only and as per the reservation policy of State Govt. 
 
Note : 
1.  The  candidates  who  applied  vide  Advertisement  Nos.  1‐07/08/09  for  posts  need  not 
apply again. However, they can file their updated resume and additional information, 
if any. 
2.  The competent authority, if deem fit, may relax the eligibility conditions in respect of 
the posts at Sr. No. 1,2,9, 12,13, 15, 21 & 23.
