Basic Function

Lead and guide a team of sales people in the company. Sets sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan,
analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories, mentor the members of his/her sales team and
are involved in the hiring and firing process.

 Manage Sales Agents


 Administrative Duties – Monitor budget reports, marketing, and planning open houses and
other events that help develop sales leads.
 Maintain Client Relation – maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied
and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
 Recruit, screen and train property specialists to achieve the sales quota.
 Formulate and implement strategic sales producing activities.
 Assist in client trips, and other related business trips.
 Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling.

Key Organizational Relationships

Reports to: Top Management

Supervises: Sales Assistants/Sales Supervisors

Coordinates: with various employees within the company.

Qualification Guides

Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

Experience: Minimum of 5-Years working experience.

Skills: Negotiation, Motivation, Sales Planning, Build Relationships, Market Knowledge, and coaching.

Assist the Sales Manager in leading and guiding a team of sales people in the company. Sets sales goals
& quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories, mentor the
members of his/her sales team and are involved in the hiring and firing process.

Job Description

 To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to
achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
 To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
 To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business
targets.
 To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service
with existing and new customers.
 Supervise the shift that you are scheduled.
 Assist Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties.
