Throughout my entire portfolio you’ve heard me go on about being in the army and my job I

have chose. Now it’s time for me to talk about my interest in choice and why I chose that path
and where I plan to go.
So as you know the army serves a big part in my life and sets the standards as to who I want
to be. I love the idea of being a leader and being in charge. Organization of groups is something
I enjoy as well as hard discipline. I enjoy putting in hard work and motivating others to push
themselves to their highest potential and hopefully set their bar higher. I am pleased to see
when people I have motivated use my techniques to motivate others to succeed, it makes me
feel like I am making a difference. Creating bonds with those I motivates me to take take my job
seriously and help others push themselves so they too can become better leaders. I enjoy
challenges which is why I chose the army. I feel like I am a great leader and now I am putting
myself to the test by serving our country.
Now I will explain my intrest.
Now I will explain my interests as to why I want to join the army. As a child I always knew I
wanted to do someting great, I just could never quit get what I wanted to do. It wasn’t untill
freshman year of high school when I started to consider the military for my career choice. My
family life has always been difficult, my older siblings made a lot of mistakes while growing up
that affected their adulthood. I wanted to set the example for my younger sibling, not only that
but I wanted a career where I could benifit from all my skills. I want my younger sibling to learn
you dont have to be mean to make people listen, but you have to earn their respect. Learning to
be a leader opened up the doors to many other traits like organization is the key to a successful
group, hard work goes a long way and pays off well in the end. Finally, helping those in need
can make a difference in someone's life and everything comes back to you, in this case that can
mean that others see how you help and then they come to you and eventually your superiors
see that and they know that they can rely on you to motivate others and be in charge.
After all this, I plan to have these traits in the future. To me I believe that they will play a huge
role not only in my future but for my younger siblings as well as I take my journey to the top.
Hopefully after all is said and done I expect to have accomplished my goals and be on my way
to better things. I want to expand my goals and pass them down to family and other comrades
so they can help themselves without my help. These interests can go a long ways for people but
me especially.
