Subject: - Intimation about two vehicle ready after repair in our workshop

Dear Sir,

As you know that your company 2 No’s of vehicle LPT-407 bearing Registration no. HR39D6151
& HR39D0978 is stand in our yard, these vehicles are ready for delivery. One vehicle
HR39D6151 had been ready from dated 30th November and we had informed to you that take
the delivery after do the payment in our company account, but till date we are not getting any
intimation or response from your side. Meanwhile 2nd no. of vehicle vide Reg. No. HR39D0978
has been made with accident and you parked in our workshop for repairing purpose and you
promise to us that you will take the delivery of both vehicles after repair of second vehicle.

Now we want to inform you that your both vehicles are ready for delivery after repairing and
request you please take delivery after do the payment of Rs 718909 /- (payment due of Rs
252703 /- against vehicle no. HR39D0978 & Rs 466206 is due against vehicle no. HR39D6151).
You are requested to take the delivery of both vehicles before 25 th April otherwise parking
charge will be levied of Rs 100 per day from the day of completion of repairing work done.

Dear Sir,

As attached complaint resolve letter received from your side dated on 27-04-2019 against

complaint register by me dated on 2nd April which complaint no. is 29016191. You

mentioned in the letter that you had allowed the damages which is mentioned in the police

report, but sir here I question is that most of car damage parts not mentioned in the police

verification report which is either hidden or can’t see bared eyes like car electric lock

system, Staring, and Daunt & Painting work. All damage parts has been mentioned in the

reports of Unique Motors (Agency of Maruti), here I attached the report of Unique Motors in

which approx. 49 items or parts of vehicle is damaged or same will be required to damage

apart from this vehicle daunting and painting work also required which is not mentioned in

your report. If we comparison damage parts mentioned in your surveyor reports or unique

motors estimate cost letter, than here observe the huge gap between both reports.

Overall as per comparisons of parts will repair mentioned in your report or parts will repair

mentioned in the unique motors reports, both are huge dissimilar. Here my suspense is that

who will bear the charges of parts repair those are not mentioned in your report.

Apart from this as per police verification report car engine no. and chassis no. is change but

your report is silent for this. Please give me solution for this, what is the treatment of
