Yesterday, at three o'clock in the morning, I was working in a nightclub, I arriving at my

house at seven o´clock in the morning and had breakfast, then I took a two-hour break to get

up to playing soccer at 10 o'clock in the morning, we arrived at Comfatolima and the day was

very cold, the court was very wet and it was my family support us in the game, we could win

but we lost in the last minute, we could win the game but we could not win, at twelve noon

we went out to eating and we have that learning to choose the site because the service was

very bad, it would be better to choose the most visited.

In the course of the afternoon type one of the afternoon we were playing play station with

my cousins, and then I could talk with my girlfriend who came to my house, at two o'clock

in the afternoon I was with my girlfriend and we were able to share with my family, at four

in the afternoon we went to accua to see a movie called the nun which was better for its

content, we should go to playing but my cousins decided to be in the mall, at six o'clock in

the afternoon the show ended and we should go but we were sharing a little more.

At seven o'clock in the evening it was possible to see acts in the commercial center of dances

and contests, and at least in one of them we participated At least we laughed for a while and

had a good time, at 8.30 at night we got to the house we were outside talking and then my

cousins left for their houses, so they could at least share with them something weird that we

have never done, at ten o'clock at night my girlfriend had to leave because I had to study and

at eleven o'clock at night I was sleeping to get up early to work, since I was able to get a job

these days.

On sunday morning my daughter and I may sleep more. We always go to mass at seven
o'clock. the choir was practicing beautiful songs.

When lunch arrives we go to a restaurant. We can walk to the house to the enjoy the
landscape. We met a new ice cream shop when we were arriving home

In the night we went to walk a while and eat ice cream. Maybe we can cook tomorrow. We
were watching movie to sleep.

On Sunday morning with my boyfriend on a trip to Bogotá, on the way we stopped in pipiral

for breakfast and I was resting for a while. We continued the trip while it was raining, but

with caution.

At 1:00 in the afternoon we arrived at my sister's house but it was closed, she should return

by noon, when we called her we saw her arrive. We were having lunch and talking for a

while.

At night we were taking pictures and talking family matters, my younger sister had bad

behavior, but she can finish the studies and be judicious, when it was late we returned home

and had dinner as a family.

Hi, I was waking Up at 5 o´clock on weekdays, every day before breakfast and take a shower,

I enjoy taking a cup of coffee and reading the newspaper while my wife prepares a delicious

and healthy breakfast since I must live a healthier life. My wife was preparing Scrambled

eggs, toast, chopped fruit and orange juice. After the breakfast I was having a shower and get

dressed. Finally I was packing up my Laptop, portfolio and so forth.

While I was waiting for my wife in the car, I was listening my favorite music and when she

arrived, I drive to my office.

When arriving at the office, I need to start getting into my emails and even responding to

them. Lunch arrives at midday, Lunch in a restaurant located near to the office; it is very
good, and prepares their food using healthy ingredients. Then I was back at the office the

afternoon can be a series of remaining activities.

However, often when I get home at night, what I had left behind usually catches up with me,

and I end up not having the chance to do all of the things I thought I might. While my wife

prepares a dinner, I was taking a shower and then a healthy dinner of mostly grilled or broiled

protein, vegetables and a salad.

Finally, late in the night, We were very tired and need to sleep because We have to wake up

early.

I got up early and while I waited for the shower I thought that I should do my prayers. I was

in that process when someone offered me a coffee. I took that drink and organized my

wardrobe because the guard were going to check and I knew I had to have everything in

order. The rest of the morning I dedicated to study.

In the afternoon, they informed us that we should go to have lunch and that each one of us

has to help with the toilet. I told the guard that I had to go to the dentist because my tooth

hurt. At 4 pm we received the prayerd group who visited us while I was in the office trying

to do university work. I was late when I returned to my cell.

While a was preparing my bed and when I was already going to sleep a friend came to share

his act with me. We talked for a long time about the things we had when we were free. Some
people think that I should not study but I have clear my future. I will continue fighting for a

better future. After all, nothing is forever.

We are the master of our actions and we must fight for what we dream of having.
