curiculam. The main objective of the study is to analyse the various Financial Services

Marketed to the Customers. For this purpose a sample size of 120 was chosen.

HDFC Bank was incorporated in 1994 by Housing Development Finance

Corporation Limited (HDFC), India's largest housing finance company. It was among the

first companies to receive an 'in principle' approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to

set up a bank in the private sector. The Bank started operations as a scheduled commercial

bank in January 1995 under the RBI's liberalization policies.

The study was descriptive in nature. With respect to data collection both primary

data and secondary data have been collected. Primary data are being collected by personal

Bankers. Secondary data are being collected from the annual reports, company’s website,

and credit appraisal reports of the company.

The data were recorded and interpreted with appropriate statistical tool like

percentage analysis, chi-square test. Based on the findings and from the overall study, it is

found that the customers were satisfied with the Financial Services.
