Graduate School- Project Free Program

Bacolod City

Dear Sir/ Madaám:

I am Mrs. Ma. Rosa A. Atotubo, a Project Free Scholar of the government under

the Graduate School Program of the University of St. La Salle. I took an examination

last October 29, 2017 at Negros Occidental High School Bacolod City under the Social

Science subject , but unfortunately due to some clerical error that I committed my

name were stipulated in RLL subject . I’ve been attending the Social Science Subject in

Cadiz City since day one yet my name does not still stipulated in the attendance sheet.

In this regard, I would like to humbly appeal from your good office that my name

be transferred from RLL subject - Bacolod to Social Science Subject – Cadiz City.

Looking forward for a positive and immediate response from you.

Thank you and God bless…

Respectfully yours,

Ma. Rosa A. Atotubo

Looking back with my teaching experience way back 23 years ago I can

say that that was the most memorable one. That was the first time that I reached and visited the

school I was surprised that the school has so plenty of students and its very crowded for a very

small like that.

The very big challenged that I experienced when I first enter the teaching professions is

that I don’t have classroom and other facilities to handle my classes. I hold classes

at the school stage which is small too. I don’t have blackboard, table’s table, chairs and desk for

my pupils. I just settled for the excess chairs from other classroom for my pupils. With the

advice of my principals I had to provide everything for myself. I had to put up my own

blackboard, table and my own chair, loose boards to cover my pupils from any disturbances from

the outside since our school is very closed to the road. I don’t have any problem with my co-

teachers but I don’t have any support from my principal.

With the helped of some teachers and financial support from my family I was able to buy

some materials for my classroom needs. From then on, I had my classroom at the school

stage. I was only transferred at a regular classroom after a year of teaching.

School Principal’s assessment is seldom happened, .but the feedbacks is quite helpful

to me being the neophyte and sometime handling of classes is done through my own style and

approaches that will suites the learning needs and ability of my pupils.
