The IR.06-EM.SC sensor has been specifically designed to 1.28 (32,5)

patented, small, plastic housed, non-contact IR sensor which

UL Recognized, are hermetically sealed to IP67 & qualify as

Product Overview
The Exertherm IR Sensor Brackets have been designed with ultimate
flexibility in mind. They are manufactured in white UL94-HB rated
plastic and utilise similar non-metallic fittings to suit high voltage
environments.

The IR Bracket Range consists of:

• 90° Elbow Sensor Holder • Link Section
• 90° Elbow Assembly • Spacer Block
• 1mtr Holder Strip • Securing Screws

IR Bracket 90° Elbow Sensor Holder IR Bracket 1mtr Holder Strip

The IR Bracket 90° Elbow Sensor Holder is a plastic right angled
bracket with a 20mm hole to accept the Exertherm IR Sensors. On
the opposite side are two slotted and curved channels to allow fixing
and rotation once installed.
IR Bracket 90° Elbow Assembly
The IR Bracket 90° Elbow Assembly is very similar to the 90° Elbow
Sensor Holder but has a set of slotted and curved channels on each
portion to allow the bracket components to be set to any angle
IR Bracket Securing Fittings
The IR Bracket Securing Fittings consist of 35mm or 50mm long 5mm
diameter bolts and 5mm hex nuts and washers, which are used to
secure all the components of this system together.
IR Bracket Link Section
The IR Bracket Link Section is a 150mm long by 45mm wide strip of
plastic with a row of 10mm centred holes in both the top and bottom.
They enable the 1mtr Holder Strips to be joined if required. They also
act as short mounting strips as and when required.
The IR Bracket 1mtr Holder Strip is a 1 metre long by 45mm wide
plastic strip with a set of holes at 25mm centres on each end. These
holes line up with most enclosure manufacturers mounting holes.
This strip is for the mounting of either the other brackets to hold IR
Sensors or to enable 20mm holes to be drilled at correct centres and
locations for direct mounting of the IR Sensors.
