EMENTA:
Os conceitos e nomenclaturas para o estudo das religiosidades escandinavas pré-cristãs. As
fontes primárias (literárias, visuais e materiais). As teorias. As metodologias e abordagens
acadêmicas para a investigação. As polêmicas interpretativas. Temas de pesquisa.

OBJETIVOS

Geral: O estudo das formas e expressões da vida religiosa na Escandinávia da Era Viking.

Específicos: O estudo e análise das fontes, dos conceitos, das teorias, das metodologias e das
polêmicas envolvendo os estudos de religiosidade nórdica pré-cristã.

PROCEDIMENTOS DE ENSINO

Análise de fontes primárias; debate de bibliografia historiográfica sobre o tema.

AVALIAÇÃO
Análise de fonte primária: temas religiosos na poesia éddica ou escáldica (um poema); ou um
rito pré-cristão descrito em saga islandesa. Artigo com no mínimo 8 páginas, fonte Times New
Roman 12, espaço 1/5, citação autor-data no texto (sobrenome, ano e paginação), bibliografia
final completa. Prazo final para envio: 31 de outubro de 2014.
