INFORMATION

The undersigned Associate Prosecutor and Inquest Prosecutor, Office of the City
Prosecutor of Zamboanga City, hereby accuses PEDRO SANTOS of the crime of VIOLATION
OF RA9165 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “THE COMPREHENSIVE DANGEROUS DRUGS
ACT OF 2002”, committed as follows:

That on October 20, 2018, in the City of Zamboanga, Philippines, and

within the jurisdiction of this honourable court, the above named accused,
not being authorized by law did then and there wilfully, unlawfully, and
feloniously have in his possession and under his custody, and control, ten
(10) pieces heat sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline
substance, all weighing 0.5 grams with a total weight of 5 grams,
which when subjected to qualitative examination gave appositive
result to the test for Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, said accused
knowing well that the same is dangerous drug.
