Dear Sir,

We the residents of Pocket-4( 107 to 130), Mayur

Vihar Phase-I, Delhi-110091 with our deepest concern
inform you that the lives of the residents including the
children of our area have become miserable and we are
continuously facing untoward incidents because of the
eccentric and violent behavior of one of our resident
namely Mrs. Kamlesh Wadhera of 120A, Pocket-4, Mayur
Vihar-I.

The lady lives alone and do not have any

connection with her relations and is creating continuous
nuisance in the vicinity. The following acts and conduct of
Mrs. Wadhera made lives of the residents miserable and
painful :-

1. She wakes up at wee hours and starts her activities

thereby beating the Guards of our Society and also
passersby, which is her day to day routine.

2. In the Morning hours she is creating obstruction for

all the school going children, Office goers and vehicular
movement through the Main Gate. Some times she is
throwing glasses, milk packets and stones aiming the
children and Vehicles and causing serious damage.

3. After completing the morning sessions she then starts

beating the maid servants entering into the complex
thereby causing serious inconvenience to the residents
and on protest made by the residents she becomes more

violent and starts abusing and cursing the residents and
sometimes female residents are beaten by her.

4. Her day to day routine is to abuse the peace loving

residents with filthy languages without having any reasons
and on protest residents have to face serious
consequences including blood injury.

5. She is obstructing the Guests from entering into the

complex and sometimes guests are to face serious
humiliation because of obnoxious behavior of said Mrs.
Wadhera and she is taking advantage of good gesture and
peace loving behaviour of the residents.

6. Mrs. Wadhera is enters into the houses of the residents

forcefully at any time including odd hours with the
pretext to drink water and after entering into the house
because of good gesture of the residents she is violent to
the residents mainly towards the female members and
abusing them with filthy languages and some times hitting
them with sticks.

7. Mrs. Wadhera is also causing great damage to the

property of the residents including the parked Vehicles.
Sometimes she is putting paints over the vehicles and
destroying the window shields.

That a painful incident has taken place on

30.08.2017 when at morning at about 3.15 a.m she woke
up and first she attacked the Gateman, Bahadur and beat
him badly with a lathi. When she was chased by the
Gateman Bahadur she forcefully took his lathi and started
damaged the Cars one by one and 14 vehicles have been
damages by her badly one after another , as

evident from the CC T.V footage, installed within the

complex. She has mainly damaged the diccy and bonnet of
all the high value cars. It is because of her violent act and
conduct the residents have suffered huge losses having no
fault on their part.

8. Mrs. Wadhera is becoming more violent day by day and

she has now started attacking the residents irrespective of
their age and she is mainly attacking the children of the
area with lathis and some times with iron rods, as a result
of which most of the children are scared to step out of
the house and parents are also scared while children are
entering into the complex from the schools.

Recently Mrs. Wadhera had attacked Mr. C.P.Singh,

the president of Our Resident Welfare Association, an
elderly person badly. She has also attacked on Mrs. Sunil
Dahiya, the secretary of the Association without any
provocation and having no reasons.

9. This is for your kind information that on few occasions

the residents of the area having no other alternative
dialed 100 for police help. Unfortunately police are coming
on call but taking no action against her, expressing their
helplessness to take any action against her. At times
police came with the P.C.R van and she had attacked them
also.

It is submitted that the life and personal liberty of

the residents of the area have become miserable due to
obnoxious behavior and violent act of Mrs. Kamalesh
Wadhera. The situation is becoming worse day by day and
there are reasonable apprehensions of the residents that

any untoward incident can take place at any moment
including severe damage to life. We the peace loving
residents of the area call upon your good office to initiate
an appropriate proceeding in accordance with the law
against Mrs. Kamalesh Wadhera to help a large number of
the residents and to make their life meaningful by
bringing peace and tranquility in the area.

Your appropriate and immediate action against Mrs.

Wadhera will be highly appreciated and thus oblige.

Sub: Complaint of the resident regarding violent behavior of
Mrs. Kalesh Wadhera r/o 120-A, Pocket-4, Mayur Vihar-I, Delhi-
110091.

Enclosed please find herewith a Complaint signed by a

large number of the Residents and members of the Residents
Welfare Association, which will speak for itself.

This is to bring your kind attention that residents as well

as members of the Welfare Association are the Worst sufferer
because of intolerable and violent acts and conducts of one of
our residents namely Kamlesh Wadhera of 120-A,Pocket-4,
Mayur Vihar-I, Delhi-110091. Day by day the violent attitudes
of Mrs. Wadhera is making life of the peace loving residents
miserable and she became the nightmare to the children and
the Senior Citizens of the area, who are the worst sufferers.

I therefore request you to kindly take the appropriate

steps at the earliest against Mrs. Kamlesh Wadhera to save the
life and personal liberty to the residents and the members of
the Welfare Association, who are peace loving residents. Your
appropriate steps will be highly appreciated and thus oblige.
