Section A: Terminology
₼ - Mental Stability
This symbol represents mental stability as a value with
minimum (-4) and maximum (5) parameters. You will
understand why this is the case when we arrive at
Section B. Anyone who wants to attain perfect
consciousness, has to have a mental stability of ₼=1
for reasons we will fully cover by the end of this
chapter.
-₻ - Subconscious Mind
This symbol will be used to refer to the subconscious
mind.
ȶ- Conscious Mind
This symbol will be used to refer to the conscious
mind.
Section B: How does the method work?

As you can see above, first we need the values for the
subconscious and conscious mind to calculate the mental
stability. First let’s take a look at the Subconscious
solution below.
-₻=SD+P+BF+E
-1=Healthy brain
SD – Self Deception
Our subconscious mind has a way of tricking us, either
in the form of denial or forcing us to accept double
standards to protect our flawed reasoning and beliefs.
It also manifests to prevent us from achieving our
goals and desires in an attempt to mitigate the risk of
failure and disappointment by making us give up,
instead of trying. After all, you cannot fail if you
never try.
P – Policy
Policy is the part of the subconscious mind responsible
for forming habits and routines. This part of the
subconscious mind is often responsible for the feeling
of discomfort when a routine or habit is broken. It is
possible to enforce new routines by repeating the
behavior. Your subconscious will automate the behavior
if you actively reinforce it every day.
BF – Bodily Functions
This is perhaps the easiest of the subconscious
parameters to understand. Your heart rate and breathing
cycles are mostly governed by the subconscious mind,
alongside a myriad of other bodily processes.
E – Emotions
This parameter is debated somewhat, however the truth
of the matter is, our emotions are subconscious, we
only act upon them consciously after the fact. This
isn’t such a huge setback, since we can however control
how we react to these emotions. With enough practice we
can control the persistence of these various emotions.

U – Understanding
Understanding is identical to comprehension. This
parameter measures the knowledge, gullibility and
logical reasoning of the test subject. To evaluate this
parameter you must take the following into
consideration:
Intelligence
Logic & Reasoning
Gullibility
Knowledge and diversity of knowledge
C – Creativity
We are all familiar with creativity, however I still
feel I should add this: Creativity in its purest form
is a direct measure of originality and out of the box
thinking, however, taking an old concept and reviving
it in your own unique manner, shows a level of
creativity as well. The point to take away is that we
should always take a balanced perspective when scoring
creativity. The following should be taken into
consideration when scoring this parameter:
Imagination
Ability to customize existing ideas and concepts
Ability to derive original ideas and concepts
Eccentric & unfathomable behavior
Social creativity (individuality)
A – Awareness
Awareness is a critical part of our conscious mind,
however, modern life offers a huge amount of
distractions. This draws us away from the present
moment and causes our awareness to fade away. This can
lead to a sort of trance state where perception falls
away, when this happens we are usually highly
susceptible to subliminal influence. To evaluate the
following parameter, take the following into
consideration:
SR – Self-Reflection
This parameter measures the subject’s introspection.
Typically you can evaluate this parameter by asking
about the subject’s philosophy and try to steer the
conversation to an existential topic. Some test
subjects I have evaluated has shown to block out self-
reflective tendencies. They show a real fear when
confronted with this question. When scoring this
parameter take the following into consideration:
Self-preservation/self-neglect
Dominant or submissive character traits
Motivation and drive
Does the subject engage in Social Bonding or
Isolation

Human A – Timothy
Timothy has a below average mental stability, yet not
deviating too far from the average. Result: -1.85
Human B – Monica
Monica has achieved a perfect score, she shows real
potential. She may have the gift of perfect
consciousness. We cannot jump so quickly to that
conclusion though. Next we need to find out if ₼=1 is
really possible to achieve. We need a model to
determine mental influence. If the model and the data
can show that Monica can influence both her
subconscious and conscious mind at will, then we can
conclude that Monica can indeed possess perfect
consciousness.

A – Consciousness mirror
This is the interaction line, this line is considered
to be the line of interaction between the conscious and
subconscious mind
B – Probability wave
This indicates the fact that every interaction has a
50% chance to reflect and never occur due to
uncertainty or anomalies.

The way to do this is to ensure the First point on the
diagram (Left side) minus the last point (Right Side)
of the line equals the result of your answer.
Example:
If you look at the solid black line you will see the
line starts at 0.2275 and ends on the right side on 0
to accurately depict the result of 0.2275
