Topic: Should the Philippines allow civil partnership to govern the property rights of same sex
couples as an alternative to same sex marriage?
Focus on its legal and social effects
Will it violate any long standing principles of law in the Philippines?
Will it be an effective and sufficient alternative?
Is it necessary, beneficial and feasible?
What will be its impact to issues on gender equality?
Will it have any impact on the institution of marriage or to any other laws on family relations?
Will it comply to the requirements of civil partnership?
You may also include proposals or framework which would situate an independent and separate system
of law for the property relations of LGBT relationships
