发动机
同力重工选配的潍柴 WD12 系列发动机是目前国内第一款真正意义上的非
公路宽体自卸车用发动机,是同力重工与潍柴动力股份有限公司经过八年合作试

验研究,并在润滑、冷却、进气、增压及悬置等多方面进行了改进提升。重汽的
发动机排量为 10L(潍柴为 12L),大多配套公路用车,并且基本为重汽自用,
其他厂家配套的很少。

Engine
TONLY OFF-ROAD TRUCK equipped with WEICHAI WD12 series engine. WEICHAI
WD12 series diesel engine is the very first diesel engine for off-road/mining use

together with 8 years of test & research between TONLY & WEICHAI. It has been
upgrade & improved in lubrication, cooling and air intake, supercharge & suspension
etc.. Whereas, SINOTRUCK’s engine displacement is 10L (TONLY’s 12L), mostly
equipped with road truck and for SINOTRUCK private use. Other manufacturers
seldom equipped.

体自卸车市场。HW19710 是重汽近年来开发的变速箱,由于档位过多,附加功
能多,导致操作不便及附加功能件故障率较多,其成熟度需进一步经市场验证。
同力重工选用的变速箱是同力和法士特经过多年对非公路特征、车辆运行特征、
大速比驱动桥等的研究后确定的适合非公路工况使用的变速箱,是其既满足了非
公路工况下节油的特性,有结构简单,操纵轻便,易于维修。
Transmission
FAST is a world-renowned transmission brand and occupied all Chinese off-road
truck market except SINOTRUCK. HW19710 transmission is what SINOTRUCK
developed & equipped in recent years, but due to too much gears & additional
features, result in inconvenience operation and additional functionality failure rate is

higher than FAST transmission. Besides, its maturity need to be further verified by
the market. TONLY heavy duty transmission is joint developed by TONLY & FAST after
years research of off-road features, vehicle running performance, big ratio of drive

axle etc.. After the study & research of transmission, TONLY heavy duty transmission
not only satisfy the oil-saving characteristic, but also with simple structure and
easier manipulation together with easy maintenance.


同力重工主减速器采用 MAN 技术,寿命长,高传动效率。前桥材质为 Q460

钢,一般市场上用 Q345 材料,前者强度是后者的 1.33 倍;中后桥壳材质在 ZG35


的基础上增加锰含量,强度由 270MPa 提高到 550MPa,轴头材料用 30Mn2,焊
接性能远优于市场上的其它材料。中后桥壳由在国家实验室按 25T 的 2.5 倍载荷
做实验,80 万次无断裂,高于行业 50 万次的标准。并且经过几年的市场使用验
证,质量稳定,性能良好。
Axle
TONLY axle’s main reducing gear use MAN tech, which contributes to longer
lifetime and higher transmission efficiency than SINOTRUCK. TONLY front axle
material is Q460 steel, other brand generally use Q345 material on the market, the
former material is 1.33 times the strength of the latter. We add the manganese

content into the Middle & rear axle based on the material of ZG35, the strength
upgraded from 270 MPa to 550 MPa, and shaft head material is 30Mn2 which the
welding performance is far better than the other materials on the market. In addition,
the middle & rear axle has been experimented under 2.5 times of 25tons load
experiment in the national laboratory, no fault within 800,000 times experiments
which is much higher than industry standards of 500,000 times. And after years of
market validation, the axle quality is stable with good performance.
举升及货箱
同力重工提供的货箱是技术人员根据工况条件、运输物料特性、装载工具等
针对性设计的。并根据贵方所运物料湿度大的特点,对货箱举升角度进行调整,

使其满足卸料要求。举升油缸套筒表面镀铬处理,使防腐、抗污能力提升,延长
了使用寿命。
Lifting System & Container

TONLY’s container is provided according to the working condition, material


features, loading tools and other specific design. Besides, according to the features of
the material with high humidity, TONLY has re-adjust the container lifting angle in

order to make it meet the requirements of dumping. In addition, the surface of lifting
cylinder sleeve under chromium plating treatment, anti-corrosion, anti-pollution, in a

word, extend the lifetime.

总之,TL855B 燃油经济性比重汽 70 好。
1、TL855B 配件在市场上就可买到,重汽 70 的配件基本上都是专用件,市
场上买不到,只能由厂家发货,一旦出现大的故障维修不方便。
2、同力用潍柴 D12 发动机可靠性上优于重汽发动机
3、同力采用法士特变速箱优于重汽变速箱;重汽 HW29710 为重汽兼并山西
大同齿轮厂后生产。
4、汉德驱动桥经过 4 年使用与改进肯定会优于重汽桥。

5、后悬架重汽刚度大于同力;重汽车柔性没同力好,对车架及桥的保护比
同力差。
6、重汽轮胎间距小,板簧刚度大,使重载后得轮胎变形大,两轮胎之间没
有间隙,散热差,爆胎严重。

1、TL855B fuel economy is better than SINOTRUCK HOWO70.


2 、 TL855B spare parts are easy to buy from the market, whereas SINOTRUCK
HOWO70 spare parts are mainly for special-parts and hard to find from the market.
Normally only can be support by manufacturer. It’s not convenient for the customer
to find the spare parts once HOWO70 facing a big breakdown problem.

3 、 TONLY’s WEICHAI WD12(12litre) heavy duty engine is reliable than


SINOTRUCK WD615(10litre) engine.
4 、 TONLY equipped with FAST transmission while SINOTRUCK equipped with

DATONG gear. Which FAST has lower failure rate than SINOTRUCK.
5 、 SINOTRUCK’s rear suspension rigidity is bigger than TONLY. But TONLY’s
chassis flexibility is better than SINOTRUCK which protect the truck frame and axle

better.
6、SINOTRUCK’s tire spacing is narrow and plate spring is inflexible which make

the tire deformation too big and no spacing between the tires, result in bad heat
dissipation and the tires easy to burst.
