Apostles Appoint Elders of a Locality

Apostles work for a region of churches, directly

commissioned by God to appoint Elders to take care of a
chuch locality (city, town or rural area) of believers.
"So the apostles and church elders got together to decide this question" (Acts 15.6).

"He was seen...then of the twelve" (1 Cor. 15.5); "after that, He was seen...then of all
the apostles" (v.7) indicating there are Apostles every generation. Do you believe
Apostles, working in a region of churches, are still directly commissioned by God to
appoint Elders to take care of a church locality (city, town, remote locale or rural area)
of believers, and Elders of a locality approve Elders of meeting places within the
Scriptural city? (State and church remain separate.)

The Church will return to "thy first love" (Rev. 2.4) in this final church period before
Christ, the Son of Man, appears with His overcomer believers who receive
the reward of reigning for 1000 years over the nations as kings and priests (20.2-
7). Apostles and elders though first need to be in agreement about deeper truths in the
Word of God such as Biblocality.

Some other Apostles not among the Twelve: (a) Barnabas (Acts 14:14) — "the
apostles Barnabas and Paul"; (b) Timothy (1 Thess. 1:1 with 2:6); (c) Ephesians
4:8,11 are relevant — 4:8 "Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led
captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.... [vs. 11] And he gave some, apostles; and
some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers." Various
unnamed apostles (and the other three workers as gifts for the Church) were given
after Jesus' ascension back to heaven; (d) "The Didache" contained instructions on
how to distinguish between false and true apostles; (e) "Thou hast tried them which
say they are apostles" (Rev. 2.2). This verse wouldn't make much sense if there were
no longer any Apostles setting up the churches.

You may identify the Biblical locality as "Church in [city or remote locale] in the
churches of [province or state or country]" depending on the size of the region.
Acceptable designations for a Biblical locality: "of", "in", "at", "church which [is] in"
(Acts 11.22), "which is at" (2 Cor. 1 .1), "of the" (1 Thess. 1.1), "which are in" (Col.
4.15). Appropriate identification for a region: "churches rest throughout all" (Acts
9.31), "of", "which are in" (Rev. 1.4).
"God hath set some in the church, first apostles...Are all apostles?" (1 Cor.
12.28,29)."And what I do I will continue to do, in order to undermine the claim of
those who would like to claim that in their boasted mission they work on the same
terms as we do. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming
themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises
himself as an angel of light. So it is not strange if his servants also disguise
themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end shall be according to their
deeds" (2 Cor. 11.12-15).

"I think that God has exhibited us apostles as last of all, like men sentenced to death;
because we have become a spectacle to the world, to angels and to men. We are fools
for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ. We are weak, but you are strong. You are
held in honor, but we in disrepute. To the present hour we hunger and thirst, we are
ill-clad and buffeted and homeless, And we labor, working with our own hands. When
reviled, we bless; when persecuted, we endure; when slandered, we try to conciliate;
we have become, and are now, as the refuse of the world, the offscouring of all
things" (1 Cor. 4.9-13). Why is this happening? "For neither did I receive it from
man, nor was I taught it, but it came to me through revelation of Jesus Christ" (Gal.
1.12).
"To the church, which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all...that you
may be filled with all the fulness of God" (Eph. 1.23, 3.19). God's plan for the
Church has not reached its pinnacle yet. Ever since the first century, the Church has
lost its "first love" towards the Apostles (for a region of churches) who are directly
commissioned by God to appoint Elders of a locality. Today we cannot find even 12
Apostles in agreement: "Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?" (Amos
3.3). "Have you tried them which say they are apostles" (Rev. 2.2)? We will bring
together 12 Apostles, with more to follow in agreement, which God "hath given to us
the ministry of reconciliation" (2 Cor. 5.18) by asking of ourselves a certain number
of questions. This will establish harmony and strong foundation from which to do the
Work of the Ministry (Eph. 4.11) "on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating
by us" (v.20) to beseech you to be reconciled to God. Therefore, we continue to wait
and encourage brothers and sisters to listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit for when
God reveals you are directly chosen for the regional work of Apostles and to
make your presence known here on the forums and Meeting Place Finder for the body
of Christ. This setup is needed for the last Revival-Elders of localities-before the
return of Christ in Person with His overcomer believers to receive the reward of
reigning over countries, provinces and cities in the millennial kingdom.

In addition to Peter being an Apostle for the churches of Judea, he was also an Elder
for the church of Jerusalem. In speaking to "the elders [of various localities] which are
among you," "a word to you who are elders in the churches. I, too, am an elder" (1
Peter 5.1). Take "care for the flock of God" (v.2) in your locality and in approving the
Elders of a meeting places. The church which was usually younger ought to "submit
yourselves unto the elder" and "accept the authority of the elders" (v.5), both Elders of
a locality and Elders of meeting places. Today, the churches are much older and have
dropped off the authority of the Elders of a locality. Peter said, "I plan to keep
reminding you of these things...Yes, I believe I should keep reminding you of these
things as long as I live...So I will work hard to make things clear to you. I want you to
remember them long after I am gone" (2 Peter 1.12-15) "He is especially hard on
those...who despise authority" (2.10). "If anyone does not obey what we say in this
letter, take note of that person, and have nothing to do with him, that he may be
ashamed. Do not regard him as an enemy, but warn him as a brother. Now may the
Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you
all" (2 Thess. 3.14-16).

How The Apostles Organize the Church

(and the first 19 questions for Elders) as a statement of faith so the Church can be

"As they traveled from town to town, they delivered the decisions reached by the
apostles and elders...for the people to obey. So the churches were strengthened...[they]
traveled throughout the region...having been kept by the Holy Spirit from preaching
the word in [another] province. And when they had appointed for them elders in every
church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom
they had believed. But we will not glory beyond our measure, but according to
the measure of the province which God apportioned to us as a measure, to reach even
unto you. For this reason I left you in a region of churches, that you should set in
order the things which remain, and appoint elders for every city as I directed
you...without taking sides or showing special favor to anyone. Never be in a hurry
about appointing an elder" (Acts 16.4-6; 14.23; 2 Cor. 10.13; Titus 1.5; 1 Tim. 5.22).

This is not part of the outward appearance of the kingdom of heaven.

"The apostles gather themselves together; and they told him all things, whatsoever
they had done, and taught" (Mark 6.30). "Thus says the LORD of hosts: Ask the
[apostles] to decide this question" (Hag. 2.11). "The apostles and elders were gathered
together to consider this matter" (Acts 15.6). The purpose of Biblocality is to get the
