IV. FINANCIAL REPORT

V. Recommendation
We, the ExeCom members have seen the following needs of our young people in our
district that needs your assistance and guidance:
 We are lacking of Worship Leaders. It has been a long time since we had our
own PaW band to lead worship during district activities. We would like to
request a Worship training in our district to help those who wants to lead but
doubts themselves. We would like to ask for your help in communicating
possible lecturers for this event.
 We would love to have a Leadership Training for us, the ExeCom members.
We believe we also need this in order to gain more knowledge and wisdom
and to equip us better in being leaders in our district.

VI. Concluding Remarks

It has been a tough start for us because we were struggling with time, physical and mental
challenges but we believe God has been with us all through these months. We believe it
is His will to put us through these things to help us strengthen our faith, to mold us into
better leaders He wants us to be, and to remind us of the commitment we made as we
accepted our positions – that it will be hard, it will be painful, it will be tiring, but it will a
lot of people and it will be for His kingdom. We ask for your continuous prayers for us as
we continue this journey. Christ above all.
