11:30-12:00 Card Giving Advisers
The parents with the advisers will go to their room section
and will properly distribute the cards. Advisers will make
sure that parents who receive the card must sign in the
receiving form. Also, they may discuss some important
objectives and issues regarding with their students. If all
things are already cleared they may pray as the final
prayer for the meeting.

*For our security, Chief Cheng will be asked to roam around from time to time in the venue to secure that
everything is going to be alright

*There will be a group of usher/usherette in case of those who will go to the CR and those who need medical
attention.

*In case of urgency leaving of the parent/s, the adviser in charged will take over. With that situation, if the
parents insist to see the grades of his/her student/s the adviser may get the card and allow the parents to take
a picture or write but cannot be taken at home.
