CHALLENGE:
T-Mobile has an outdated legacy
system that is maintained in-house.
and not on par with a modern solution
like Sitetracker
• Change would require the decision
to disrupt the status quo

other T-Mobile systems

APPROACH:
Sitetracker worked with the T-Mobile
team to determine 2 projects in the New
York metro market that could execute
outside the legacy systems to begin
working with Sitetracker.
Additional project team struggling with
the legacy system limitations requested
that they use Sitetracker. This project will
include integrations.
Pilot approach will be rolled out to
project teams and vendors.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Three initial projects will allow T-Mobile to
gain buy-in from users and demonstrate
improvement to project performance.
Integration approach to existing systems
with one target project will allow this be
tightly controlled and managed.
Pilot approach including project teams
