Rezumat

În această proiect de licență sa elaborat Planul Urbanistic General al satului Corjeuți, raionul
Briceni. În urma cercetărilor s-a stabilit ca satul Corjeuți se află la o distanță de 240 km de Chișinau
are o pupulație de 7650 (în anul 2018), dintre care 3758 bărbaţi, 3892 femei, copii în vîrstă de la 0-
16 ani - 1924, populaţia adultă 3978 persoane , pensionari – 1748 persoane, media căsătoriilor –
30/an. Este de menționat că aproximativ jumate din populație cuprinși între vîrstele 20-35 ani sunt
plecați peste hotare. Reteaua stradală este de tip liberă, cu o rețea de drumuri ce diferă ca formă
lațime, lungime și materialul cu care este acoperit. Numărul de case pe teritoriul satului este de peste
2300. Suprafaţa totală a caselor de locuit este de 152001 m.p., inclusiv suprafaţa locuibilă este de
80324 m.p. Densitatea populaţiei la 1 km2 constituie 144 persoane.
Infrastructura fizică pe teritoriul satului Corjeuţi sunt 82 străzi care au o lungime totală de 34 km, din
care cu acoperire rigidă 13 km, cale ferată nu există. Pe teritoriul satului Corjeuţi se foloseşte apă din
fîntîni publice, care sunt în număr de 1823, 14 fîntîni arteziene care sunt conectate la case in unele
sectoare ale satului. Fîntînile publice sunt în stare bună, dar cantitatea apei este insuficientă. Sistema
de canalizare este într-o stare avariată. Reţelele electrice din sat se află într-o stare bună. Toate casele
de locuit sunt conectate la reţeaua electrică. Practic toate locuintele sunt alimentate cu gaze naturale.
De asemenea este gazificat liceul teoretic şi gimnaziul.
Liceul teoretic este o şcoală tip de trei nivele, cu o capacitte de 640 locuri, 29 clase complete.
Anul fondării este 1973. În liceu activează 48 de pedagogi, 28 de lucrători tehnici. Gimnaziul a fost
construit în anul 1934, fiind renovată în anul 1986. Are o capacitate de 490 de locuri, 21 de clase. În
gimnaziu sunt 50 de angajaţi.

In this license project was elaborated the General Urban Plan of Corjeuți village, Briceni raion.
According to the research it was established that the village of Corjeuti is at a distance of 240 km
from Chisinau has a pupil of 7650 (in 2018), of which 3758 men, 3892 women, children aged 0-16
years - 1924, the population adult 3978 persons, pensioners - 1748 persons, average marriages - 30 /
year. It is worth mentioning that about half of the population aged 20-35 years is abroad. The street
network is free, with a network of roads that differs in width, length, and the material it is covered
with. The number of houses on the territory of the village is over 2300. The total area of the dwelling
houses is 152001 m.p., including the habitable surface is 80324 m.p. Population density at 1 km2 is
144 people.
The physical infrastructure in the village of Corjeuti is 82 streets with a total length of 34 km, of
which 13 km of rigid coverage, there is no railway. On the territory of Corjeuti village is used water
from public fountains, which are in 1823, 14 artesian fountains connected to houses in some sectors
of the village. Public wells are in good condition, but the amount of water is insufficient. The sewer
system is in a damaged condition. The electricity grids in the village are in good condition. All
residential homes are connected to the mains. Virtually all homes are supplied with natural gas. Also
the theoretical high school and gymnasium are gasified.
The Theoretical Lyceum is a three-level school with a capacity of 640 seats and 29 full classes.
Founded in 1973, 48 teachers, 28 technical workers work in high school. The gymnasium was built
in 1934, being renovated in 1986. It has a capacity of 490 seats, 21 classes. In middle school there
are 50 employees.
