HOW TO FILL THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Candidates are required to apply online through website: http://csrl.in/components/com_registrationinfo/registration

2. Entries in the application form shall be required to be filled only in English.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS TO FILL ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

STEP 1: New Candidate to Create Log In

New Candidate to visit the website: http://csrl.in/components/com_registrationinfo/registration and click: Sign Up

Fill out your details. You must have a valid mobile number for applying online.
Press the button "Submit". Once the information filled here will not be changed.
The OTP code will be sent on your mobile and email entered.
Application will redirect the candidate to OTP page. Here candidate have to enter received OTP.
If OTP is valid, login credentials will be sent to candidate mobile and email.

Essential documents to be made ready

Before starting to fill up the on-line application, keep ready with you the following details / documents / Information
Valid Mobile Number
Personal details
Educational qualification details
Image of scanned photograph in jpg / jpeg format and size should not exceed 150 KB
Image of scanned signature in jpg / jpeg format and size should not exceed 150 KB

STEP 2: Choose the state and the project applying for

If OTP is valid, candidate redirects to another page.

Candidate should select the State, Project and Examination Centre.
Press the button "Submit".
Candidate redirect to application form.

STEP 3: Fill Application Form

BASIC DETAILS OF STUDENT

Student Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Aadhaar Number, Email, Contact Number, Alternate Contact Number

BASIC DETAILS OF PARENTS

Name of Father/Legal Guardian, Qualification, Occupation, Annual Income, Contact Number
Name of Mother, Qualification, Occupation, Annual Income, Contact Number
Family Total Annual Income (Auto sum of father and mother annual income)

ADDRESS
Permanent Address: Address Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, City/Town/Post/Tehsil, District, State, Pincode
Correspondance Address: Address Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, City/Town/Post/Tehsil, District, State, Pincode

ACADEMIC DETAILS
10th Details: Name of School, District, State, Year Of Passing, Total % Marks Secured
12th Details: Name of School, District, State, Year Of Passing, Total % Marks Secured

Press the button "Save & Next". You cannot edit these details once you save. So please check and confirm.

STEP 4: Uploading Images

Upload Photograph - Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture. Make sure that the picture is in colour. If you wear
glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen. Also, ensure that both ears are visible in the picture.
Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face. The image should only be in
.jpg or .jpeg format. Size of file should be not be more than 150 kb.

Upload Signature - Sign on white paper with Black ink pen and scan it. Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page and
ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 150 kb. Please note that this signature would appear on the Admit Card, and if
it does not match the signature on the answer sheet at the time of the written test and at the time of Interview, the candidature will be
cancelled. The image should only be in .jpg or .jpeg format. Size of file should not be more than 150 kb

Press the button "Final Submit".It redirects to Download page.

STEP 5: Download

On this page candidate can download the Application Form and Admit Card in pdf format.
