一、 概述 Overview

（1）用途：Purpose

静电除尘器是一种利用静电力作用把粉尘从烟气中分离出来的空气净化

设备。本设备主要用于火电、建材、化工、冶炼、轻工等行业的窑炉除尘除

雾、原材料及废品的回收。是保护环境、净化蓝天的理想设备。

The ESP is an air cleaning equipment which separate dust from

the flue gas by means of electrostatic force.The equipment is mainly

used for kiln and furnace dust removal, demisting, raw material and

waste recovery in thermal power, building material, chemical,

metallurgy, light industries, etc. It is the perfect equipment to

protect the environment and clean the blue sky.

三、设备构造 Structure and feature of equipment

(1) 进口喇叭 Inlet nozzle

进 口 喇 叭是 烟道 与 工 作 室 （ 即 电 场 之 间 ） 的 过 渡 段 ， 烟 气 经
过 进 口 喇 叭 要 完 成 由 原 烟 道 的小 流 通截面到工作室的大流通 截 面 的扩
散，并且达到在整个流通 截 面上气流分布的均匀 。为 实 现 上 述 功 能 ，进 口
喇叭内设有多层气流分布板。
The inlet nozzle is a transition zone between a flue duct and a chamber
(i.e. between electric fields). The flue gas passing through the inlet nozzle
accomplish its diffusion from the small flow section of the flue duct to the
large flow section of the chamber to achieve uniform gas flow distribution
over entire flow section. In order to realize the above-mentioned function,
the multiple-layer gas distribution screens are mounted in the inlet nozzle.
(2) 出口喇叭Outlet nozzle

The casing is an important component of ESP, a fully airtight welded

structure and composed of casing side plate, upper and lower end plates,

internal pipe bracing and top plate.The side plate adopts a horizontal or self-

supporting structure, the top load, i.e. the main load transfers to the column

from the top beam through the top plate and directly to the foundation along

the column.

（4）灰斗 Hopper

粉尘捕集后汇集到底部锥形灰斗里，在约 30％～50％高度的部份（即斗

In order to avoid the irregular load resulting from casing expansion

caused by heat, mount the support bearing between the casing column and

the steel support structure. Its sliding surface is made of material having very

small friction coefficient, and it can slide and revolve along any horizontal

direction without producing comparatively large load.

（6）阴极系统 DE system

阴极系统是电除尘器非常重要的部份，是电除尘器的心脏部件。阴极线

悬挂于框架之间，上部、中部和下部框架与吊梁牢固地连结在一起，整个框架

The DE system is a very important section and a key component of

ESP. The DE wire is hung between frames. The upper, intermediate and

lower frames are firmly joined up with the suspension beam. The entire frame

is hung from 4 insulation sleeves, which are mounted in the thermal insulation

box on roof to separate the gas flue from the environment.

（7）阴极振打 DE rapping

有效的振打来清除阴极系统上的积灰；振打是通过电磁锤完成的，振打

rapping hammer is mounted on the top insulation box, according to the

rapping rule, it impacts the DE suspension beam and anvil beam in proper

order to transfer the rapping force to the frame and DE wire. By using this

way, the rapping force of hammer can be effectively distributed over all the

In the electric field, the coarser dust particle deposits on the lower of CE

plates due to its dead weight, and the finer dust still deposits on the upper

due to its larger adhesion. Therefore, the cleaning requires large rapping

force at the upper and small rapping force at lower. The feature of top rapping

is just large rapping force at the upper and small rapping force at lower, and

the distribution of rapping force just conforms to the cleaning requirement and

is the best.

（10）钢支架 Steel support structure
