I was pleased to known that you will soon to have a vacancy for a Property Management Manager. I am
very interestd in this position, and with my skill and experience more than 16 years in the relevant

The nature of my degree course (Asset Valuation and Property Management) has prepared me for this
position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a
wide range of skills. For one course, asset valuation, an understanding and sensitivity of the property
industry was essential. I found this very stimulating.

I am a conscientious person who work hard and focus to detail. I also have lots of ideas and
enthusiasm. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the
determination to ensure that I make a success of it.

In my 16 years of carrer in property sector, I had to admit that , the first 3 years (1993-1996) was a very
important stage that I must says which I pick up all my contract drafting, negotiation, market research
clients analysis in place. Preparing documents such as contracts , purchase agreements, leases and
deeds. Handling clients from mid to high range. Conduct market analysis and to fomulate growth
strategies to build up company development and investment.

From year 1997 on, I had made another major move to switch to property management and Investment
sector which I persue in my carrer until now. Formulating and planning development, acquisition and
divestment strategies, sourcing , identifying and evaluating suitable opportunuties in real estate will
always put me in a new challenge and lots of passion each of every cases. And I strongly believe, a
good and excellent well plan development and planning portfolio locally or overseas will definitely
lead the market and drive accelerate to the winning point.

During the term 1997-2016, I also directly lead in the offices and retail space planning, recommend and
implementing offices and retail trade mix, source for tenants, review prospective tenants concept as we
as recommend and negotiate rent and lease terms. Not to mention overseeing management and
maintenance, housekeeping and safety function of selected properties own by company was also a
major key role in my portfolio. Last but not least, alias with local authorities departments such as fire
and rescue, culture development, health enforcement will also need a cordial and professional
relationship with.
