The scarf industry occupies unique and important place in Malaysia since the
majority of Malaysian are Muslims community, so the demand on this product are
high. Our brand offers and provide variety of shade, colors and type of materials of
scarf. The speciality of our scarves are it is made of iron-free material. So, it is easy to
wear and do not consume our time by ironing them. Next, even though some of our
material are made of 50% silk, the transparency of our scarf are very low and it is
meets the requirement by the Syaria Law. We not only sell plain scarf, but we also sell
with other designs such as floral motives, futuristic patterns, etc (design based on the
season) which are made only one print per pattern and makes our scarf exclusive, but
we also give our customers the opportunity to design their own scarf with their own
creativity. Based on this qualities and differences that we bring to customer do
differentiate us with the existence scarf sellers out there.

Our marketing manager who manage the advertisements and promotions of our
brand throughout all platform and medium. Nowadays, promotions in digital platform
are more suitable since it is cheaper, no time strain, accessible at any time and for
starter it can be manage from home. We promote our scarves though our Facebook
page, Twitter and Instagram. Any complaints or feed backs also can be file straight to
our channels and so far, we receive positive response regarding our product. At
regular days, we give our customers promotions as shown in table above. We also will
make a mega sale during festive seasons such as Eid Mubarak, Year End Sale (YES)
and Back to School Sale. Besides having online shop, we will also have physical shop
for any customer who desired to visit our shop and that is our future plane for our
business.
LOCATION/DISTRIBUTION

We conduct our business fully online because we are short-staffed at the moment.
We take orders through our social media platform and via Whatsapp. The deliveries of
our scarves are manage by our staffs and customers can make the payment through
online banking or cash on delivery (COD). our deliveries are very convenient since
we make the delivery to their doorstep. We chose this type of delivery is because we
are really understands with the students struggle with not having much time. That is
why we offer delivery to doorstep to make customers life easier. Demands on our
products spike when it is Dinner season and Gala season. Since students want to wear
new scarf, and at that moment our profit increases.
