We would like to announce following position that is currently open.

Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for building and managing all Digital Support Systems, capturing customer and merchant feedback from
Digital Channels (Facebook, Google, Twitter), and App Stores. Deep dive with user focus groups to find customer insights
for campaigns, existing & new products to be built, experience etc.
 Plan and forecast surgical researches based insights in collaboration with product teams
 Conduct FGDs, Interviews, Sessions etc
 Capture insights, analyze and suggest remedies to product teams in regards to feedback and data from Digital Channels (Facebook,
Google, Twitter), and App Stores
 Plan and build digital support system to be integrated across digital touchpoints
 Manage and showcase complete business/operational impact analysis of these insights and CFL
 Feedback and analytics data from these channels to be articulated and managed for getting insights

Key Performance Indicators:


• Establish and manage multiple frameworks to get consumer insights
• Build a research roadmap in collaboration with business teams for periodic experience pulse
• Build and manage monthly visibility of service delivery stats on touchpoints like contact center, website, Facebook,
complaint management

Required Knowledge, Competencies, Skills and Experience:


 Strong Analytical Skills, Strong Interpersonal/communication/presentation skills
 Data-driven, analytic, visionary, insightful, flexible, creative and strategic
 Feedback and VOCs conversion into action ability
 Hands-on consumer researches experience

Required Qualification, Education and Certifications:


 BS (CS), BBA, MBA/MS (Preferred) from any reputable institute.
 1-3 years’ experience in some or all of the following: MFS, consumer insights and experience, market researches
