Terms & Conditions:
1. Our check in check out time is 12Noon.
2. Accommodation charges will include complementary buffet breakfast from 02nd day of
arrival date.
3. While every effort is made to have rooms ready for arrival, occasionally waiting for rooms
may be required especially for morning arrivals.
4. Early Arrival from 08:00 - 10:00Hrs additional 1/2 Day Tariff & before 08:00Am arrival
Additional full tariff is applicable. For Early Check in Rooms are subject to availability.
5. Late Departures between 13:00 to 16:00 hrs. Additional 1/2 Day Tariff & after 16:00 Hours
Additional Full Day Tariff is Applicable.
6. Cancellations have to be made 24hrs before arrival to give the hotel sufficient time to resell
the rooms. Retention is chargeable equivalent to one day tariff and taxes for cancellations
within 24hrs and no-shows.
7. In case of Single Lady or Only Ladies Guest, Visitors are not allowed to the Room as per
Hotel Policy.
8. In the event of early departure, guests will be required to provide the 50% of the amount of
stay corresponding to the number of non-realized confirmed days.
9. The hotel reserves the right to charge the full cost of the stay in case of early departure of
the guest without prior notice (01 Night Retention minimum).
10. All Bills have to be settled by Cash/Credit Card before Checkout unless otherwise stated
in a letter from your organization and approved by us. The hotel does not honor
personal/company cheque.

Security Policy: -
In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request all guests to carry a photo-
identity to present at check-in. foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and
valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following - Voters ID / Aadhar Card /
Driving License / Passport.Children may carry a photo identification document such as
school id or recognized id. PAN Card will not be accepted.
