Universal Rules
Path of the Favoured
The model can make one more Supporting Attack than normal from the second rank and when it fights in a Duel
it gains +1 Discipline until the end of the Melee Phase. Units with one or more models with Path of the Favoured
cannot add Rank Bonus to their Combat Score.

Irredeemable
The model cannot use Stomp Attacks and can use Grind Attacks as Supporting Attacks (ignoring the maximum
number of Supporting Attacks). When a model with Irredeemable is killed by a Melee Attack, remove it as a casualty
only at Initiative Step 0. A unit with at least one model with Irredeemable may never have more ranks than files.
The Reckoning
Whenever a friendly model with Hell-Forged Armour or Irredeemable is removed as a casualty, if its unit was within
8” of a friendly model with The Reckoning, you gain one Soul Token to your Soul Token pool for each Health Point
the model (that was removed as a casualty) started the game with. The number of Soul Tokens in this pool cannot
exceed 4. Before a model with The Reckoning casts a non-Bound Spell you may discard up to two Soul Tokens from
your Soul Token pool for the following effects (declare which effects are used before the Casting Attempt):
1 Soul Token If this Casting Attempt results in a Miscast, roll a D6 before any Dispel
Attempts are made. On a roll of 3+ the Miscast result is treated as Broken
Concentration (ignore other Miscast modifiers).
X Soul Tokens For each Soul Token discarded for this purpose, the Spell gains +3” Range.
Battle Fever
Units consisting entirely of models with Battle Fever must reroll any natural rolls of ‘1’ when rolling for Charge
Range.
Armoury
Hell-Forged Armour
Follows the rules for Plate Armour (can be enchanted as if it was a Plate Armour) . The wearer gains Fearless. If
more than half of a unit’s models have Hell-Forged Armour, the unit must reroll failed Break Tests.

your Soul Token pool, hits are resolved with Strength 4 and Armour Penetration 10.
Pierce the Veil: Universal Rule.
The model gains The Reckoning and increases the limit of your Soul Token pool by +2. If the Battleshrine wishes
to cast a Bound Spell other than Pentagram of Pain, you must first discard Soul Tokens.
Furthermore, the Battle Shrine may discard 2 additional Soul Tokens to make an Occultism spell amplified or the

Model Rules
Gateway: Universal Rule.
If the Army contains one or more Hell Maws, during step 7 of the Pre-Game Sequence (during spell selection),
mark a single point anywhere on the Battlefield with a Gateway Marker. If both players have Hell Maws, start
with the player that picked their Deployment Zone.
Once per turn, at the end of each friendly Magic Phase, each Hell Maw may mark a single point on the battlefield
with a Gateway Marker. This point must be within Line of Sight and 24″ of the Hell Maw, and more than 6″ away
from enemy units. Each Hell Maw may create a total of three Gateway Markers during the game (in addition to
the one created after Determining Deployment Zones). When a Hell Maw is removed as a casualty, immediately
remove all Gateway Markers it has created this way.
The Hell Maw or a friendly unit consisting entirely of Infantry models with either Hell-Forged Armour or The
Reckoning that ends an Advance or March Move in contact with the centre of a friendly Gateway Marker may
choose to enter the Gateway: Remove the unit from the Battlefield and place it back within 3″ of the centre of
any friendly Gateway Marker, in the same formation but facing any direction. This unit loses Scoring until its
next Movement Phase.
Only a single unit may enter the same Gateway Marker in each Player Turn, and only a single unit may exit the
same Gateway Marker in each Player Turn.
