• Google Instant App: - Lead from the Product Team to Develop the Instant app, highlight in Google I/O 16,17.
This helped in improving the top of the funnel and saw an Improvement in Retention by 4%, and Engagement
by 45%.

• Organic Growth: -Established multiple ways such as Referral system, Content Sharing and App Indexation
to increase the organic Growth on App. Established Search Engine optimization (SEO) to drive traffic from
Google search on M-web and Desktop. Currently we are seeing ~ 11% CTR with 2 Million Clicks Monthly.

• Digital Marketing Efficiency: - Integrated with Digital marketing Attribution tool Appsflyer for correct
attribution of Install. Created a configurable system which can send Postbacks to the ad-networks and
optimize the campaigns, which helped to optimize the campaigns on Video-minutes and Subscription.
Implemented Deferred and Normal Deeplink to Improve the consumer experience as well as funnel of Digital
Marketing Campaigns. We have seen an Increase in Installs by 3X and cost has decreased by 13% with an
improvement in Engagement metrics by 12% and increase subscription by 6% thus improving the ROI of
Digital Campaigns.

• Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM system): - Integrated with Moengage (Omni Channel
Marketing Platform) on Android, IOS and Web. All the channels Push Notification, Emails, SMS and Web-Push
have been integrated. Created configurable backend to send push notifications enabled with
Recommendations, Churn Predictions and Higher Subscription Propensity User. Created customer one view
to improve the relevancy of the notification while increasing the reach of the notifications. ~500 Million
Notifications Monthly with open rate improving from 16% to 23% and retention improving by 8% Globally.

• Promo-code Tool System: - Created a configurable voucher code system which help Vuclip to Drive
Partnership with other Digital Platforms and organizations without Integration.
