there members are subjected to administrative investigations and disciplinary
actions?

organization, can the labor union file a complaint?
9. If in the course of the negotiation, there was a deadlock, as a result of that there was
a strike, and because of the strike, the employer dismissed the employees without
cause, can the labor organization file a complaint in behalf of the employees?
