Step 1 Professional Growth Goal


For SY 18-19, Team 8A will create learning activities that will engage students in meaningful learning
activities which set high expectations for student achievement and student behavior.

Standard Indicator #:
Standard 3: Management. A teacher will organize learning environments and maintain appropriate student
behavior.

➢ Team teachers will develop learning activities using strategies learned in professional
developments (SIOP, Marzano, CITW, Big 8)
➢ Team teachers will implement character education lessons to foster school-wide behavior
expectations and provide interventions to improve student behavior.
