I would like to thank my TRAINER Mr. Jc Castillo for allowing me to do my On-Job-

Training on your care. I really learn many things in training with you with my co-interns. I really

like it when you’re letting us do hands-on jobs in duty, it is easy to understand things when you

were really doing it instead of just explaining it. I really appreciate things that you’re doing in

taking our OJT in your care, thank you for everything sir Jc.

I also like to thank my professors at school for all the effort they have given us in teaching

to apply it in our on the job trainings. It really helped us a lot specially if you’re about to face

problems by yourself, of course you can ask your trainer but if I can take it on my own why should

I ask?

Special thanks to my family for all the support you’ve given to me and also god who gives

me strength to overcome all problems that I’m facing each day.

 BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

Ziljan B. Balan is the eldest of Mr. Rogelio R. Balan and Mrs. Cristina B. Balan, He live

in 1522 Marquez Street Binakayan, Kawit, Cavite. He was the one and only child in the family.

He graduated his elementary at Binakayan Elementary School and High School at

Binakayan National High School. Currently he is a 3rd year college student and taking up Bachelor

of Science in Information Technology and undergo his On-Job-Training at Cavite State

University-Imus Campus at LTO Compound, Palico 4, Imus City, Cavite City, Cavite.

He want to be a successful Information Technologist, Web developer, Database

Administrator and System Analyst. Any of this will be enough to satisfy his career in bachelor’s

degree.
