We are currently partnering with the Greater Twin Cities United Way, in the search for
the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President and CEO.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly positioned President and CEO, as he
strategically leads the United Way through the "Next 100: Long Range Plan". The
United Way of the Greater Twin Cities’ mission is 100% allocated to the Minneapolis
and St Paul urban core and suburbs covering 9 counites, including Hennepin, Ramsey,
Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Scott, Carver, Chisago and Isanti.
Partnering with an additional 160 non-profits, they are building pathways toward
prosperity and equity for all through household stability, economic opportunity,
educational success and food security.
Position Highlights:
· Serve as the Executive Administrator to the President and CEO with limited support
to the VP of Finance, VP of Operations and Board through the work of the CEO and
Executive Team, as required
· Support the CEO with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality and
provide project, committee, logistical, technical and general office support
This position will require expert level skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel and Power Point),
CRM Microsoft dynamics, strong proof reading and writing skills. Key attributes also
include, flexible, highly organized, curious, high attention to detail, sense of urgency,
be a critical thinker, adaptable and able to work independently.
5 or more years Executive Administrative Assistant experience supporting VP or C-
Suite Executives
Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience supporting a CEO in a mission focused organization a plus
Ability to multi task and handle confidential information with discretion
