CAMPUS CRAZINESS AT THE BEGINNING OF A NEW YEAR!

FALL 2018
What a semester it has been! It began with a flurry of activity during September, we met so many freshmen who
were both excited and anxious at the beginning of their university career! Many of them were invited into small
groups and our small group leaders are excelling in coming alongside these students as they journey in their faith!
We have had many Lord's Day's, Women's events, retreats, adventures and hangouts in these last few months,
and we can't wait to see what's in store for the rest of the year!

 UST FAN INTO FLAME '18
On a snowy November weekend, 80 students and
staff from the SPO chapter at the University of St
Thomas descended on Camp St Croix in Hudson, WI.
Over the weekend, we heard about the Holy Spirit,
the gift that the Father promised us, and we learned
how this Spirit can be enflamed in our hearts. We had
the opportunity to pray with one another for this gift
to be received. It was a powerful experience, and the
Lord clearly touched the lives of the students in a
deep and personal way. It was a privilege to
experience how much the Father loves His children.
We continue to see lives being transformed because
of what happened on that weekend!

PERSONAL UPDATES PRAYER REQUESTS

- My little niece Liza continues to be a delight! She is - For the students at UST. That they would experience
growing by the day and will be crawling any minute!  the joy of the advent season.
- I was fortunate to spend Thanksgiving with my - For my family. That the Lord would continue to guide
younger sister, who flew in from New Jersey. It was a and lead them as they seek Him for some pretty big
restful, relaxing time!  decisions in their lives! 
- I bought a pair of snow boots and it has - For all those who don't have family and friends to
revolutionized my winter experience thus far. Ok not share this season with, that they would experience
quite, I'm still not a fan of MN winter BUT my feet are Christ's love for them, and that we would have open
not freezing any more :)  hearts to receive those in need that come to us.
