2. [Bug Fix] Modify IP from DHCP to Static IP will always pop out error message : "Not a valid
IP address", but the IP has been modified to static IP indeed.
3. [Bug Fix]: It cannot accept reasonable IP address such as xx.xx.255.xx.
Enhancements:
1. Removes "Language" button
2. Limits the range of IP addresses for 1st octet to 0~223, and 2nd, 3rd and 4th octet to 0~255.
