INTRODUCTION
The project aims at enhancing the parking facilities by reducing
the rate of pollution dispersion in the atmosphere,It also saves
the very precious thing humans have-TIME.
The model is based on the usage of right technology at right
place. In Smart Parking System, an Infrared sensor will sense the
position of car and entry gate will open and infrared through
operational amplifier will send an amplified signal to controller
and controller will send empty locations on LCD and RTC will
start to record the time interval of parking where reed switch will
sense the position if its occupied or not forming a magnetic
switch.
DESCRIPTION
The materials involved are Infrared sensors, LCD ,solar power
plates , RTC sensor , operational amplifier, Arduino based
circuit,
A model of a digital car parking system has been made on a
wooden plank. Infrared
It’s sole application is to resolve one of the most menacing
problems of the modern day transportation-PARKING.
Conservation of fuel, land, time and manforce are also included.
