Students  who  wish  to  pursue  the  Creative  Writing  track  must  first  be  admitted  to  the  track.    
However,  any  student  may  apply  for  admission  to  a  300-­‐level  writing  workshop  without  
applying  for  admission  to  the  track.  

Use  this  form  if  you  are  

• seeking  admission  to  a  300-­‐level  writing  workshop  and  the  English  department  track  in  
Creative  Writing    
• seeking  admission  to  a  300-­‐level  writing  workshop  but  not  the  English  department  track  in  
Creative  Writing    

If  you  are  already  in  the  Creative  Writing  track  and  plan  to  take  a  300-­‐level  workshop,  do  not  
use   this   cover   sheet.   Instead,   complete   the   “Intent   to   Register”   form,   available   from   the   English  
department  office  or  website.  The  due  date  for  that  form  is  the  same  as  for  this.
