Dear Sir / Madam,

This is our report on the actual inspection of electrical installation conducted on March 13, 2019 as also attested
by your electricians.

PANEL BOARD
 No label for panel board and switches
 Loose connection in panel board and switch
 Use of cardboard paper in panel box as piping
 Most switch have no utility boxes

SWITCH
 Switches are not functioning, supply is directly connected to circuit breaker
 Improper installation of switches

WIRING, PIPING, AND BOXES

 Improper wire color coding
 Improper termination and cable dressing (Ground wire has 220V supply)
 Overload and unsafe rewiring, most of connections are jumper
 Improper support for piping
 Improper box cover size
 Improper installation of piping, pull box and boxes
 Use of metal flexible connector instead of REC connectors

OTHERS

 Improper installation of track bar (window display area)

 Finish of aircon return must be matte instead of gloss
 Overall paint finishing of store

Recommendation:

Electrical connection and installations were found to be of high risk for electrical and fire hazards. Rectify all
wiring connection and installation on or before March 29, 2019. Photos were sent prior to this memo.
