1. Barricade work area Contact with: Barricade work area around excavator with highly visible barricades:
Vehicle Cones placed around frac tank
Exertion: “Caution” tape
Back strain
2. Set pump into installed well Slips trips and falls Lower pump to bottom of well
Moderate lifting Inspect pump and connect hose, function pump before
lowering into well
3. Move hose to frac tank Exertion: Place hose out of the way of equipment traffic
Back strain Utilize caution tape and cones to eliminate a trip hazard
Pinch points Connect cam lock fitting to frac tank and connect hose
Tape all connections
4. Pump water to frac tank Slips, trips and falls Plug power cord into generator
Equipment movement Utilize GFCI receptacle
Verify water flow and check for leaks
Monitor water levels
