1. Barricade work area Contact with: Barricade work area around excavator with highly visible barricades:
 Vehicle  Cones placed around frac tank
Exertion:  “Caution” tape
 Back strain
2. Set pump into installed well Slips trips and falls Lower pump to bottom of well
Moderate lifting  Inspect pump and connect hose, function pump before
lowering into well

3. Move hose to frac tank Exertion: Place hose out of the way of equipment traffic
 Back strain  Utilize caution tape and cones to eliminate a trip hazard
 Pinch points  Connect cam lock fitting to frac tank and connect hose
 Tape all connections

4. Pump water to frac tank Slips, trips and falls Plug power cord into generator
Equipment movement  Utilize GFCI receptacle
 Verify water flow and check for leaks
 Monitor water levels
