In continuation of our E-mail dated 2nd May, 2019 (sent at 9:29 p.m.), we would further like to submit as under :-
(i) After sending the above mail, we have not received any communication from your goodself. It seems
that your goodself is not averse in granting a reasonable opportunity to the assessee for providing relevant assistance in
the matter. We would like to apprise your goodself that the relevant facts for providing a reply to your show cause notice
has now been collated from the assessee and the undersigned has started drafting a reply and
compiling necessarypaper book. I assure that a reply would be submitted to your goodself positively by coming Tuesday.
The scheme of The Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Income Tax Act 2015
adequately provides for safeguarding interest of assessee inasmuch as principle of natural justice are inbuilt and will
apply in full force beforeprosecution proceedings u/s 50 & 51 of the Act are contemplated. There is no exception to such
natural justice being adhere to.
