Roles & responsibilities for L1 and L2 Support functions
The candidate should have a good knowledge of on the following

Enterprise structures of FI and CO. Knowledge of enterprise structure of MM, PP, SD desirable.

Bachelor’s degree BBA/MBA in marketing with 5 to 7 years of experience. Minimum two new project
implementation experience and roll out / support project in SAP SD as a core module. Minimum 3 years
of domain experience.

SAP ABAP
1 Good experience is required Reports, Scripts, Smarts forms, Data dictionary & BDC programing.
2 Strong knowledge on debugging skills & problem finding techniques.
3 Good exposer is required ALE IDOCS & interfaces monitoring.
4 In-depth SAP Technical knowledge to help support project experience.
5 Good knowledge is required for Object oriented ABAP & Web Dynpro.
6 Writing skills required preparing for Technical specifications.
7 Good experience is required User exists, BADI & Enhancement framework.
8 Good knowledge is required workflow.
10 Knowledge of consulting practices
11 Conduct training sessions, on need based to improve the skills of advanced ABAP

12 Ability to develop strong relationships with the clients
13 Good communication & interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree preferably BE/BTECH/ MCA with 5 to 7 years of experience. Minimum two new
project implementation experience & support as ABAP Technical expertise.
