STARTUP JOURNEY

My entrepreneurship begins with my start-up INFINITY INNOVATION STUDIO. My journey has ups
and downs in terms of product, workers and obviously finance. INFINITY INNOVATIONS STUDIO is
basically a gaming company. Where we initially started to make mobile game apps. We followed the
path which was given in the book THE LEAN STARTUP by unknowingly.

INITIAL DAYS

We wanted to develop a product (mobile game- ANDROID DEVICES only) for kids under the age
group of 6- 14. We planned certain games and dropped out before developing a minimum viable
product (AN ARCADE GAME-STARBUSTER).

MINIMUMVIABLE PRODUCT

We created a product with minimum features where there was no good back ground in the game. It
was having the basic features of the arcade game with two gravitational buttons.

Testing (BUILDING THE PRODUCT)

We tested the game initially with gamer with less features, They have given feedback where we
worked on it. They have given critical feedback on our product development like which are the
features are good and which are not.

Feed back-Learning curve

we measured our products based on certain metrics

Here we worked on the certain features like creating a back ground with earth.
we reworked on the entire process on the games visualization.

PIVOT (TESTING 1) BUILD1

We once build the product with side bouncing walls in the game to create more interaction for the
players and in terms for game visualization we added earth in the back ground.

FEEDBACK1

Here we got the feedback that the visualization and gaming is improved. But the game starts to be
more boring after a period of time.

PIVOT (TESTING2) BUILD2

So we planned to give extra life for certain points achieved and created more obstacles in the game.

PERSERVERE

Our MVP has got into the cycle, where we got good Continuous feedbacks from the players. So we
launched the product in GOOGLE APPSTORE.

We received mixed feedbacks from players in terms of games longevity and player’s engagement
in the game over a period of time.

So we have planned to work on it and we have a plan to Develop the same product in such a way
to different target segment.

CONTINUATION OF MY JOURNEY– PILOT ON BOARD (FLIGHT SIMULATION)

Since we have got certain level of acknowledgment and appreciation we have planned to launch our
new product (PILOT ON BOARD-FLIGHT SIMULATION GAME) which is currently under testing phase
only.

CONCLUSION

The ENTREPRENUERSHIP MANAGEMENT COURSE has made me a full-fledged think tanker, where
I’m able to put myself in any kind of situation. The lean start-up book also helped me to resolve
some of issues in my thought process.

In simple terms just BUILD a product, test it, run it market as MVP. Get feedback and pivot it and
restart the cycle once again.
