Pega 7 Fundamentals is for those who
are responsible for determining more
efficient ways to address complex
business needs.
Students use Pega 7 Designer Studio
to define the application process,
learn how case management is used
to follow a work item as it travels from
submission to resolution and utilize
tools that help to Directly Capture
Objectives (DCO) to record and
organize as we build our solution.
Once students complete this course
they can build upon this foundation
by attending more advanced and/or
specialized training courses.
By the end of this course, you will be able to successfully:
ƒƒ Understand how the Pega platform and DCO help to create more efficient BPM
and case management applications
ƒƒ Describe and use basic Pega Designer Studio features to create a business case type,
add stages and steps, define data object types and create data properties
ƒƒ Discuss how features of the Pega 7 platform can be used to manage data, work ,
integration with other systems and information such as documentation and reports
