Translating the Word Grace

In February 2018, three of the Nukna co-translators (Muransi,

A Family Update
In addition to partnership development to be released to return
to our work in PNG, a substantial part of our furlough is also
centered around medical care. As we quickly approach the end of
our furlough some medical needs have come to our attention.
Without too many details, Sara will be facing two surgeries over
the coming months. Treatment will be determined as we are
made aware of results from the first surgery (hopefully scheduled
in April). We are at peace and trusting God in His graciousness
extended upon our family while we are here in America where
these concerns can be addressed without the need for
international travel.
We thank you in advance for prayers for Sara's health and
treatment, for how this impacts our family and our finances. We
are comforted that nothing is a surprise to God and His provision
and timing are always perfect. We will continue to update you all
as we are able.
Partnership
We praise God for the many opportunities He has given to continue
to advocate for the ministry of Bible translation! Here's a glimpse of

We are encouraged by two new partners that have joined us in the
supporting the work of Bible translation. However, we share a deep
concern over the pressing need for the 30% shortfall we have in
meeting our budget requirements to be able to return to
Ukarumpa.
