LITERATURE REVIEW
My research topic is “Female teachers are more influential than male at primary level” but before
me many scholars and researchers have done many work related to my topic. Here I discuss
some of them.
“According to Dr Susan Sherwood study in August 2013, this is a result of women being more
discussion oriented and man wanted to take actions”.
3
“Bart and McQueen find that women are effective managers”.
ABSTRACT
My research is about the importance of female teachers at primary level, that why students and
parents prefer female staff at schools and they feel relax to send their children to the schools
where female staff is available. In my research I will find the reason behind this statement that
demand of female teachers is more than male teachers at primary level.
INTRODUCTION
Teachers are those that influence the student’s life after their parents. It is very difficult for us to
measure teaching and impossible to judge the equality of male and female teachers. The gender
is nothing to do with teaching. Asking who is better between male and female teacher. A teacher
can be judge only on the base of following factors:
Knowledge and understanding of subject.
Ability to resolve any doubts of students.
Understanding the psychology of students.
There are many other factors but none of them are gender. Both are equal and guide the students
to a bright future.
Women have high level of tolerance, they take time to explain things and because kids are closer
to their mother at home tends to help in bonding between teachers. The students feel save to ask
questions from a particular lesson which is not understood, without fear of being punished from
female teachers.
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
4
Female teachers are more influential than male at primary level.
RESEARCH QUESTIONS
1. METHOD
In this research the information was collected through questions from three different schools of
Quetta city. In the light of the answers the result was observed.
2. SAMPLE
There are many private schools in Quetta city. So it become difficult to study the whole
population for this purpose a sample population has been selected that represents the whole
population under the study. So in this respect three private schools of Quetta as a sample for the
research study.
1. Sacred Heart Girls High School.
5
2. St. Joseph Convent Girls High School.
3. Telecom Foundation School System.
4. PROCEDURE
For the purpose of research on the problem that “Female staff are more influential than male at
primary level” the survey method is used. A sample population has been selected. Because it
becomes more difficult and time consuming to study the whole population. Questionnaire was
used as an instrument of study, which were distributed among the students of selected schools
and then collected after their completion, thus the data is organized. Conclusion and
recommendations have been drawn from the data.

Through my research the conclusion is that women are more influential than male because they
teach everything in a complete detail without hesitation, they must be ready to face any kind of
problem. Our mother is also a woman. Thus women can make better teachers than man. All of
them have a motherly touch. The women have the responsibility to take care of her kids so she
should be better. Women can nurture children. Women are better teachers because they have the
ability to be more structure and organized with setting rules in classroom. In this way gender of a
teacher does not matter but its simply human nature.
