JUSTIFICATION

1. Since the establishment no motor vehicle was acquired.

2. The need to purchase the motor vehicles will be used by the Commission in
connection with the performance of its mandate, functions and responsibilities
which are vital to attaining project targets and accomplishments and for an efficient
and effective delivery of services to the public.

3. The purchase of the following vehicles may be implemented and justified by:

1. Crossover Utility Vehicle – a four wheel service utility vechicle with an

engine displacement not exceeding 2000cc for gasoline or 2500cc for
diesel with AM/FM stereo, CD players, air-conditioning units.
